WHAT IS KINDYKIDZ FUTSAL
KindyKidz Futsal is a programme designed for three to six year olds that introduces them to the basics of Futsal (indoor soccer) whilst also encompassing development of motor skills, fitness and socialisation with other children.
It is totally fun and non competitive, with no scores being kept or pressure put on children.
It is simply letting them develop at their own pace and enjoying themselves.
WHO CAN ENROL
A child must have turned three to enrol and can be no older than six. All our classes are a mixture of girls and boys.
STINGRAYS KINDYKIDZ FUTSAL PROGRAMS
Stingrays Futsal is the largest group of Futsal clubs in South Australia with clubs from Tanunda in the north to Stirling in the south. Our programs are designed to provide the cutting edge tools required for player development.
Our method stimulates and encourages the player to creatively express themselves while all along having a great time in doing it. Fun and enjoyment is the key to player development. Hard work and dedication will be acknowledged by coaches, parents and players as an enjoyable element of the player’s progression.
Children need to work on their skills as if it’s an art form while always having a smile on their face. The respect for each other is common practice no matter of the ability of their peers.
We believe, if the best in the world do it this way then why not do what the best do? This is why our programs are successful, our Futsal Programs have proven this.
WHERE IS IT HELD
KindyKidz Futsal is held at St Clair Recreation Centre, 109 Woodville Road, Woodville.
Mondays to Thursdays: Time slots.
10.00am to 11.00am
11.15am to 12.15pm
1.00pm to 2.00pm
WHO RUNS THE PROGRAMME
Coaching is by accredited Futsal coaches who have also been put through our Kindy Futsal coaching programme. They are overseen by our state Director of Coaching.
WHAT IS THE COST
Fees are paid upfront on a term basis to the equivalent of $7 a week. These fees are payable in the first week. If you come in mid term you pay the equivalent of the number of weeks left in that term. You must also register at $10 a term, and this is also payable up front. Children are also required to purchase once off only a STINGRAYS FUTSAL TRAINING SHIRT for $15, which they wear each week to training.
ARE THERE OTHER EXPENSES
To the sessions each week children are required to wear training shirt. Long football socks and shorts must also be worn. Footwear must be tennis/casual shoe type that is non-marking on the sole. We also sell specialist futsal shoes; if you do not already have shoes, we do recommend you buy. Go to our STINGRAYS ON LINE SHOP at www.adelaidestingrays.com.au for variety of shoes sold.
It is a good idea that children bring their own water bottle with them each week.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER KINDYKIDZ FUTSAL
Stingrays run Under eight years competitions at all our centres. In fact we run competitions across South Australia from under 8 to men’s and women’s open. We do not allow players to enrol in competitive competitions till they turn 6, and even then these competitions are more about development and fun then simply learning how to win.
STINGRAYS SCHOOLS
Besides progressing on to play in a local club competition your child can also continue on in one of our Stingrays Schools. We have Stingrays Schools based at a number of our clubs for 10 years, 12 years, 14 years, 16 years for boys & girls. Besides weekly competitions we also have inter school tournaments every term and an annual training camp.
After that you can progress to the Stingrays Academy, the Academy for our open men and women who travel around the country representing the Stingrays and playing in major tournaments.
