SUMMER CAMPS / SCHOOL HOLIDAYS SOCCER TRAINING PROPOSAL
STINGRAYS SOCCER ACADEMY
OBJECTIVE: Provide professional, comprehensive, high quality soccer camps with “A” Licensed Professional Soccer Coaches for players.
Responsibilities of Stingrays Soccer Academy:
§ Hold the program in your local area
§ Design a program that fits the specific needs of your players
§ Provide Professional, coaching instruction
§ Provide a 12:1 student to coach ratio
§ Teach the Brazilian style of soccer
§ Provide publicity materials to organization for distribution and provide online registration if needed subject to the following policies
o Walk-On late registration fee: $10.00
o Camp price cannot be pro-rated so there is no special price for partial participation in camp-We do not pro-rate any tuition.
o Cancellation Policy: Once registered, refund subject to 20% cancellation fee no matter the reason for cancellation.
o If Stingrays cancels a scheduled camp, all registered participants will be refunded the total amount paid.
o If participant is injured during camp and cannot continue, participant will receive a refund of the total amount paid less the price for the number of days of participation.
§ Provide FREE 3 hour coaches clinic for community
§ Provide equipment for soccer camps and clinics

4. Free Stingrays T-shirt
§ Stingrays staff will provide and implement daily schedule of activities
§ Insurance and Medical
1. Insurance coverage for camp participants-insurance certificate for organization upon demand.
Responsibilities of Adelaide Stingrays FC
§ Provide Facilities with lined soccer fields and goals; outdoor facilities must be available for full-day camps
§ Provide registration if needed
§ Determine price for program per player including discounts
1. Examples:
· $10.00 off for club members
· $10.00 early registration discount
· $5.00 sibling discount for each sibling after the first pays full price
· Multiple session discount: Sign up for two weeks, get a discount (no other discounts apply)
§ If club registers students and collects payment
1. Provide student Roster for Coaches, which includes name of participant, birth date and age, address, parent or guardian name, daytime phone number, home phone number, email address, insurance information and t-shirt size.
2. Monitor student enrollment and communicate information to Stingrays weekly, continuing through the season
3. Online Registration through Stingrays available
§ Host Family Program
1. Provide host families for coaches running the program. Two coaches for each host family.
2. Host families provide transportation to and from camp or clinic or other arrangements must be made.
Shared Responsibilities:
§ Advertising
1. Stingrays and organization collaborate on marketing and advertising plan.
*Stingrays will work closely with Partner to provide the best soccer experience for local players in the area. There is always room for discussion and reasonable flexibility between Stingrays and Partner.
FLAT FEE STRUCTURE:
Stingrays SA offers a Flat Fee Structure to Clubs and Leagues. This fee option provides flexibility for each club/ league to determine a fee structure appropriate for the local community while continuing to receive support from Stingrays with advertising, recruiting and registration. This fee option relies on the league or club for all camp registration policies concerning discounts. The total for each player must be paid to Stingrays regardless of discounts offered.
Cost per player for Half-Day Program
Two three-hour sessions per day for ages 7-18
Morning Session: 9:00-12:00 / Evening Session: 5:30 – 8:30
Cost per camper per week: $90.00 to be paid to Stingrays Soccer Academy

Cost per player for Mini-Camp Program
Two 1.5 hour sessions per day for ages 4-6
Morning Session: 9:00-10:30 / Evening Session: 5:30 – 7:00
Cost per camper per week: $50.00 to be paid to Stingrays Soccer Academy

PAYMENT
§ Stingrays Soccer Academy will pay third of the fee established above for each respective program.
§ Stingrays will provide an invoice after completion of each session.
§ Contract and deposit must be received for the terms of this contract to remain in effect.

ADELAIDE STINGRAYS Football Club 2009
Adelaide Stingrays FC will have 2 senior teams (A’s & B’s) playing in Sunday’s FFSA Metropolitan League in 2009. Two nights will be needed for training (Wednesdays & Fridays preferred), each session going for an hour an a half. Lights will be needed for training. Sunday games start at 1.15pm and seniors 3.00pm played every fortnight. All canteen takings will be for Adelaide Stingrays FC. Adelaide Stingrays will also fill Juniors to play in FFSA Metropolitan Junior League in 2009, trainings will be on same nights as seniors, games are played Sunday mornings 9am till 12pm.
